Lover of My Soul was created from a prompt my highschool art teacher gave: why do you make art? My creative process of brainstorming symbolism resulted in yellow flowers (which symbolize friendship) and intertwined hands that represent my relationship with Jesus. The red cross in the background tells of a Man who's passion led to giving His life to save mine.
