Processing Time
Orders will be packed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase unless otherwise noted.
Shipping
Orders are shipped through USPS (or your chosen carrier). Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Original Artwork
Every original artwork is one of a kind. I take great care to package each piece securely to help ensure it arrives safely.
Jewelry
Jewelry is packaged carefully to protect it during shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date), and I’ll work with you to find the best solution.
